SUBJECT:  Implementation of Terminal Aerodrome Forecast (TAF)
          Service for Manistee County-Blacker Airport 
          Effective October 12, 2011 
 
NOTE:     The following changes have no impact on NOAA Weather      
          Wire Service subscribers
 
Effective Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at 0000 Universal 
Coordinated Time (UTC), the NWS office at Gaylord, MI, will begin 
TAF service for Manistee County-Blacker Airport (KMBL) in Michigan.  
After that date, routine and updated TAFs will be issued for 
this airport 24 hours a day.
 
NWS personnel/offices will need to add the following identifier 
to their communications systems to receive the new TAF:

In addition, this new TAF will be added to the existing TAF 
collectives below, which are transmitted to FAA personnel 
and other external users.

FTUS80 KWBC   Non-FAA Domestic and Family of Services
FTUS90 KWBC   FAA Weather Message Switching Center and FAA
              Facilities
FTUS52 KWBC   Global Telecommunication System Customers
 
Holders of NWS Procedural Instruction 10-813 (Terminal Aerodrome 
Forecasts) should make appropriate additions to the appendices.
