| The CRS Support Team provides a Help Desk function during normal duty hours Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The hours of operation are from 0700 to 1630 Eastern Time. The Help Desk is staffed by Computer Specialists, who can answer technical questions concerning Systems Operations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting. Please note that the CRS Support Team Help Desk is for the exclusive use of Internal NWS users only. External users of NOAA Weather Radio should direct all questions and comments, concerning local NWR broadcasts, to their local NWS Forecast Office. | |||||
