FMH-1 Subscription Information
The FMH-1 on this information page should not be considered the official
signed copy, it is merely provided for your information. For information
on how to order an officially signed copy, which also entitles you to a
subscription of all future changes for a 5-year period, please
contact the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) customer service
number at 704-271-4800; facsimile orders can be submitted at
704-271-4876. Orders can also be made via the Internet at the
following electronic mail address: orders@ncdc.noaa.gov
It should be noted that this is not a secure e-mail address, and
that credit card numbers could be accessed by non-authorized users.

The cost of the handbook is $15.00, plus a $5.00 service and
handling fee per order. All orders must be paid in advance. The
payment for orders can be made either by credit card (Visa, Master
Card, or American Express) or check. Checks should be made payable
to Commerce/NOAA/NCDC and must be in U.S. funds drawn on either a
U.S. bank or U.S. affiliate of a foreign bank.
