ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE RELEASE OF CFS DAILY DATA
The Environmental Modeling Center of National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP/EMC) announces the release of the high temporal frequency (twice daily) output data from the NCEP Climate Forecast System (CFS) retrospective forecasts. A description of the CFS is given in the following (revised) article. We recommend reference of this article when using the data. The NCEP Climate Forecast System, 2005 : S. Saha, S. Nadiga, C. Thiaw, J. Wang, W. Wang, Q. Zhang, H. M. van den Dool, H.-L. Pan, S. Moorthi, D. Behringer, D.Stokes, M. Peņa, S. Lord, G. White, W. Ebisuzaki, P. Peng, P. Xie.
