Feb 18 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Climate Prediction Center to become part of the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center’s daily weather briefing
Through efforts by CPC’s Randy Schechter and HPC’s Robert Kelly, CPC's forecasts will now be a featured part of HPC's daily weather briefing. This activity facilitates coordination between the two centers. CPC has further enhanced its coordination with NWS by sending a daily coordination email to key personnel in all the NWS Regions, starting in early February.
