Program Guidelines

• We plan to offer training sessions of particular subjects (requested by employees) for those who may want to learn more. The potential for additional one-on-one mentoring sessions after the larger training session can be arranged at the mentor and mentees’ discretion.


• If you consider yourself an “expert” on a particular subject, we are asking for you to volunteer an hour or two per pay period of your time to lead a training session (or individual mentoring session) for those who would like to learn.
