Program Intention

Make a difference in your career growth & development – and have fun, too!

We are pleased to announce the Office of Science & Technology is launching a mentoring program called Guidance Equal-Opportunity Mentoring Sessions (GEMS). We continually experience first-hand the impact that encouraging, listening and role-modeling can have on career development. Mentoring programs give us all a chance to contribute to each others skills and attributes. The purpose of GEMS will be to provide opportunities for hands-on training sessions to help build confidence as leaders and team players.
