Multimedia presentations need "closed captioning" that is synchronized with the presentation.  Offer both transcripts (word-for-word textual version of the audio) and descriptions (The "description" is longer and more significant than the "transcript") of all audio presentations. A transcript is a word-for-word textual version of the audio.
