  INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN CLOVIS. FLASH
  FLOODING IS LIKELY.

  OF BARKSDALE. ANOTHER AREA OF 2 TO 3 INCH RAINFALL IS ESTIMATED TO
  HAVE FALLEN OVER THE HEADWATERS OF THE DRY FRIO RIVER OR ABOUT 10
