* AS OF 1133 AM MDT RAIN THE PAST 48 HOURS HAVE BROUGHT FROM 1 TO 2
INCHES OF RAINFALL TO THE REGION.  THE FORECAST BRINGS AN ADDITIONAL
2 TO 3.25 INCHES OF RAINFALL TO THE AREA THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.  THE
HEAVIEST AMOUNTS WILL BE IN AND AROUND THE WESTERN END OF FORT PECK
LAKE AND THE CHARLES M RUSSELL WILDLIFE REFUGE. DITCHES WILL FILL UP
AND FLOW ACROSS FIELDS AND ROADS.  SMALL STREAMS WILL EVENTUALLY
FILL UP AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. ALTHOUGH THE RAINFALL WILL END
SUNDAY NIGHT IT TAKES LONGER TO DRAIN OUT THE SMALL STREAMS AND THE
