DAYS...AREAS NORTH AND WEST OF DILLINGHAM HAVE RECEIVED PERSISTENT
RAIN OVER THE PAST WEEK...WITH SOME AREAS RECEIVING AN ESTIMATED 3
TO 4 INCHES. THIS HAS RESULTED IN HIGH WATER LEVELS ON AREA RIVERS
