A COLD UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE COASTAL WATERS THIS WEEKEND.

ANY THUNDERSTORMS THAT FORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY
GUSTY WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAINFALL
WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY...AND WATERSPOUTS. IF A WATERSPOUT IS
SIGHTED...IMMEDIATELY HEAD AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE FROM THE APPARENT
MOTION OF THE WATERSPOUT.
