* IMPACTS...PEOPLE PLAYING OR WORKING OUTDOORS...AS WELL AS THOSE
  WITHOUT ACCESS TO AIR CONDITIONING...WILL FACE AN ELEVATED RISK OF
  HEAT RELATED ILLNESS. DEPENDING UPON THE AMOUNT OF EXPOSURE AND THE
