quarter of an inch with isolated higher amounts near one inch.
Expected rain amounts will average two-quarters of an inch with
isolated higher amounts under heavy rain through 7 AM Friday. River
levels will increase a couple of inches through Friday... then slowly
decrease into Sunday.
