RAINFALL HAS BEEN SPOTTY SINCE TUESDAY MORNING. LITTLE TO NO RAIN
FELL OVER MARYLAND, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOUTHERN MARYLAND WHICH
HAD SCATTERED AREAS OF UP TO AN INCH. EASTERN WEST VIRGINIA,
VIRGINIA, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA HAD SOME AREAS WITH NONE, AND
SOME SPOTTY AREAS WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN UNDER THE HEAVIEST
THUNDERSTORMS. FOR TODAY AND TONIGHT, RAINFALL WILL AGAIN BE SPOTTY,
AND MORE PREVALENT OVER VIRGINIA AND WEST VIRGINIA THAN MARYLAND.

Rainfall has been spotty since Tuesday morning. Little to no rain fell over Maryland, with the exception of southern Maryland which had scattered areas of up to an inch. Eastern West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia had some areas with none, and some spotty areas with 1 to 2 inches of rain under the heaviest thunderstorms. For today and tonight, rainfall will again be spotty, and more prevalent over Virginia and West Virginia than Maryland. River levels will generally remain steady or decrease through Thursday, though some small streams may rise near areas of heavier rainfall from thunderstorms.
