* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 16.4 feet by
  midday tomorrow.
* Impact: At 15.7 feet: Water has flooded all of River Road NE and
  Ancient Oaks private roads up to 3 feet deep in some areas. All
  houses and mobile homes now have water flowing underneath. Water is
  also flooding property and is under some houses on Cooey Island
  near Palm Street NE.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.2 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 15.8 feet by
  tomorrow morning. Additional rises may be possible
  thereafter.
* Impact: At 15.7 feet: Water has flooded all of River Road NE and
  Ancient Oaks private roads up to 3 feet deep in some areas. All
  houses and mobile homes now have water flowing underneath. Water is
  also flooding property and is under some houses on Cooey Island
  near Palm Street NE. Emergency management also reports that flooding is
  worse along lower stretches of the river south of the gage.

* Until further notice or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  5:45 AM Sunday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.2 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 15.6 feet by
  tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact: At 15.7 feet: Water has flooded all of River Road NE and
  Ancient Oaks private roads up to 3 feet deep in some areas. All
  houses and mobile homes now have water flowing underneath. Water is
  also flooding property and is under some houses on Cooey Island
  near Palm Street NE.
