SOME GUSTS NEARING 40 MPH. THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND
SNOWFALL MAY CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES
MAINLY IN THE AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.
