  EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...QUICKLY STRENGTHENING TO THE EAST
  THROUGH THE REST OF THE MORNING HOURS.

* IMPACTS...THE STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL LEAD TO BLOWING SNOW DURING
  THE MORNING WITH VISIBILITIES DROPPING AS LOW AS A MILE AT TIMES
