LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE PLAINS ON SATURDAY...THEN MOVE
EAST ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO VALLEY ON SUNDAY. THIS LOW WILL BRING
INCREASING CLOUDS SATURDAY WITH RAIN STARTING ON SATURDAY NIGHT. ON
SUNDAY...THE RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND EVENTUALLY CHANGE OVER TO SNOW
DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. SOME VERY LIGHT ACCUMULATION IS POSSIBLE
NORTH OF THE INTERSTATE 64 CORRIDOR BEFORE ENDING. THE FIRST PART
OF NEXT WEEK WILL BE DRY AND COLD AS HIGH PRESSURE SETS UP OVER
