  Several secondary roads flood and must be closed. Louisiana highway
  515 closed due to backwater flooding into Loggy Bayou.
  Additionally, Lake Bistineau will rise above flood pool stage due
  to backwater. Louisiana Highway 480 will be closed as well. Cattle
  and equipment should be moved to higher ground well away from levee
  systems.  Expect extensive flooding in and near levee systems.

The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a

* FLOOD WARNING FOR
  the Cypress Bayou at Cypress Bayou Lake near Benton, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 800 AM Monday The pool stage was 181.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood pool stage is 181 feet.
* Forecast...The lake will continue rising to near 181.5 feet by
  Tuesday morning.  Additional rises remain possible thereafter.
* Impact...Minor lowland flooding.  Secure boats and docks for
  high water.

The flood warning continues for
  the Red Chute Bayou At Sligo, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  8:00 AM Monday The stage was 33.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 31 feet.
* Forecast...Expect a slight rise with rainfall today to near 34
  feet through Tuesday morning.
* Impact...at 34.0 feet...Flooding will begin to affect the mobile
  home park in the Sligo community. Preparations should be rushed to
  completion for major flooding.
