MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. THUNDERSTORMS ARE
FORECAST TO DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN AFTER NOON AND
PROGRESS NORTHEASTWARD THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA UP THROUGH
6 PM. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE...WITH THE MAIN THREATS
BEING DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS. THE
