THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER TODAY AND
TONIGHT IS LOW.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A STRONG SLOW MOVING STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT THE AREA
THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT
PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM...WITH THE HEAVIEST
ACCUMULATIONS CURRENTLY PROJECTED FROM ROSEBUD COUNTY EAST. MOST
OF THE PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO BE RAIN IN THE LOWER
ELEVATIONS...HOWEVER THERE IS A CHANCE THAT A SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL
COULD OCCUR. MOUNTAIN LOCATIONS WILL SEE SNOWFALL AND IT COULD BE
HEAVY AT TIMES. TRAVEL IMPACTS INCLUDE WET OR POSSIBLY SLUSHY

THE NEXT SPRING STORM IS EXPECTED FOR NORTHEAST MONTANA FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO MONDAY. OVERALL RAINFALL WITH THIS STORM SYSTEM COULD
ADD UP TO AN INCH IN SOME AREAS...MAKING SOME UNPAVED ROADWAYS
IMPASSABLE.

PRECIPITATION WILL BE MOSTLY RAIN BUT IT COULD MIX WITH SNOW IN
SOME OF THE NORTHERN AND HIGHER ELEVATED LOCATIONS AT TIMES. THE
