THE NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.

THROUGH 5 AM... SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO
GRADUALLY EXPAND PRIMARILY ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA INTO WEST
CENTRAL ARKANSAS. LOCATIONS WEST OF HIGHWAY 75 IN NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA MAY SEE A MINOR INCREASE IN RAIN COVERAGE. BRIEF GUSTY
WINDS AND SMALL HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.
