THUNDERSTORMS FROM NEAR BUOY 41013 EXTENDING NORTHEAST TO THE
BRUNSWICK COUNTY COAST. THIS ACTIVITY WILL PRODUCE VERY HEAVY
RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND PROLIFIC LIGHTNING AS IT MOVES SLOWLY NORTH
OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
