NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON
ACROSS NORTHEASTERN WYOMING...THE BLACK HILLS...AND FAR SOUTHWESTERN
SOUTH DAKOTA...THEN SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA
TONIGHT. STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED TO BECOME SEVERE...BUT A STRONG
STORM OR TWO WITH GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

THE GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER INDEX WILL BE IN THE EXTREME CATEGORY THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF THE WESTERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA
PLAINS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS ON WEDNESDAY FROM
NORTHWEST THROUGH SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT
EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

GUSTY WINDS ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY...ESPECIALLY DURING THE LATE MORNING THROUGH EARLY EVENING
HOURS. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON THURSDAY...WHEN
NORTHWESTERLY WINDS COULD GUST TO AROUND 50 MPH ACROSS THE WESTERN
SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS.

GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY WILL RESULT IN A VERY HIGH
FIRE DANGER THIS AFTERNOON.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT... HOWEVER
NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED WITH THIS ACTIVITY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
WEDNESDAY EVENING. ISOLATED STRONG STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE DURING
THIS TIME...ESPECIALLY IN AREAS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90.

GUSTY SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WILL PRODUCE A VERY HIGH FIRE
DANGER AGAIN WEDNESDAY. STRONGER WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS ALONG WITH
LOWER RELATIVE HUMIDITY ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY...RESULTING IN VERY
HIGH TO POSSIBLY EXTREME FIRE DANGER THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

AFTERNOON. GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL
RESULT IN A VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER AGAIN ON THURSDAY.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED. HOWEVER ISOLATED STRONG
TO SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY EVENING IN AREAS NEAR THE
MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY.
