HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST ACROSS THE MID
SOUTH THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. A FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTH MISSISSIPPI AND PERHAPS WEST TENNESSEE.
ADDITIONAL ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ON SUNDAY
ACROSS NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI AND WEST TENNESSEE NEAR THE TENNESSEE
RIVER. HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS WEEKEND WILL BE IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE
90S WITH LOWS MAINLY IN THE 70S.

CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE MID
SOUTH MID TO LATE NEXT WEEK AS A COLD FRONT SLOWLY MOVES THROUGH THE
LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. COOLER AND DRIER AIR IS EXPECTED TO RETURN
TO THE MID SOUTH TOWARDS NEXT WEEKEND.
