ADDITIONAL SCATTERED SHOWERS WERE DEVELOPING ACROSS MUCH OF THE
SOUTH PLAINS AND FAR SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE. THROUGH 830
AM...THIS ACTIVITY WILL MOVE VERY SLOWLY TO THE EAST. THE HEAVIER
SHOWERS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF DOWNPOURS...WHICH MAY
