LIGHT TO CALM WINDS AND PATCHY CLEARING HAS HELPED THE FOG FORM
ACROSS THESE AREAS.

THE FOG WAS JUMPING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN 2 TO 5 MILES DOWN TO
1/4 MILE...ALONG WITH SOME LOW CLOUDS. THIS IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...BEFORE DISSIPATING BY MID
MORNING.
