THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS OF EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA
ASSOCIATED WITH A REMNANT TROUGH FROM FORMER TROPICAL STORM ERIKA.
RADAR ALSO INDICATED SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS WERE DISPLAYING
ROTATION WELL OFFSHORE AND WERE CAPABLE OF GENERATING WATERSPOUTS.
