* AT 1255 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ON THE SOUTHWESTERN EDGE OF THE CARTLTON COMPLEX BURN
  SCAR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TWISP...FOGGY DEW CAMPGROUND...CRATER CREEK CAMPGROUND AND CARLTON.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW. ACT QUICKLY TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE.

THE AFFECTED AREAS ARE THE COUGAR COMPLEX FIRE BURN SCARS BETWEEN THE
OKANOGAN AND METHOW RIVERS. HIGH INTENSITY RAINFALL ON THE BURNED
