THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING THIS AFTERNOON. IN
ADDITION...WINDS ARE GUSTING TO 20-30 MPH. THESE CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING. CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
