EASTERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN HAVE LARGELY
DIMINISHED...WITH JUST A FEW ISOLATED SHOWERS REMAINING. WITH THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING RAINFALL...ALONG WITH HIGH PRESSURE
OVERHEAD...AREAS OF DENSE FOG ARE LIKELY OVERNIGHT. OTHERWISE
MAINLY CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES ARE ANTICIPATED. THE UPPER LOW
WILL REMAIN OVER NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO FOR WEDNESDAY...WITH ANOTHER
DISTURBANCE FORECAST TO ROTATE THROUGH THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES.
