THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A BEACH
HAZARDS STATEMENT FOR LARGE WAVES...WHICH IS IN EFFECT THROUGH
THIS EVENING.

* HAZARDS...HIGH OCEAN SWELL OF 12 TO 13 FEET WILL CREATE BREAKER
  HEIGHTS OF 17 TO 20 FEET IN THE SURF ZONE ALONG THE COAST.

* TIMING...LARGE BREAKERS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THIS
  EVENING...LOWERING SOME TONIGHT.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...ALL COASTAL AREAS OF CURRY...COOS...AND
  DOUGLAS COUNTIES WILL BE IMPACTED.

* POTENTIAL IMPACTS...EXTRA CAUTION SHOULD BE USED AT THE BEACHES
  THROUGH THIS EVENING. EXPECT WAVES TO RUN UP ON THE BEACH MORE
  THAN NORMAL. ALWAYS KEEP AN EYE TO THE SEA.
