ALREADY SEEN 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THE PAST 12 TO 24 HOURS.
AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE...AND THERE WILL
LIKELY BE PLACES THAT DEVELOP FLOODING WITH ONLY 1 INCH
