MINNESOTA...

  * HALLOCK...ON THE TWO RIVERS RIVER...IN KITTSON COUNTY

.MORE RAIN FELL IN THE PAST 24 HOURS BETWEEN GRAFTON AND FARGO
WHERE AMOUNTS GENERALLY RANGED FROM A QUARTER TO THREE QUARTERS
OF AN INCH. MUCH LESS RAIN FELL IN THE FAR NORTHERN RED RIVER
VALLEY. HALLOCK MINNESOTA PICKED UP ABOUT TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH
WHICH WAS LESS RAINFALL THAN WHAT WAS EXPECTED. THEREFORE THE
TWO RIVERS RIVER AT HALLOCK IS NOT EXPECTED TO RISE BACK UP
ABOVE MINOR FLOOD STAGE.

MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT. A LITTLE OVER
A HALF AN INCH OF RAINFALL IS EXPECTED IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. THIS IS
EXPECTED TO RESULT IN ANOTHER SLIGHT RISE IN THE RIVER LEVEL AT
HALLOCK...WHICH WOULD PUSH THE LEVEL JUST ABOVE MINOR FLOOD STAGE.
