* FROM 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING THROUGH 7 PM THIS EVENING

* NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST TO DEVELOP ACROSS
  THE WATCH AREA BY LATE THIS MORNING. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS
  WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL RATES OF OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR...WITH
  RAPID RUNOFF LEADING TO FLASH FLOODING.
