ARIZONA THROUGH TONIGHT...BRINGING INCREASED MOISTURE AND
INCREASING CHANCES OF RAINFALL TO WEST TEXAS AND SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO. FAVORED AREAS FOR HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE IN AND AROUND
THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS AND ALL OF SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO. THESE
AREAS RECEIVED HEAVY RAINFALL ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY OF LAST WEEK
AND SOILS ARE ALREADY NEAR SATURATION. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL GENERATE RUNOFF QUICKLY AND INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR FLASH
