THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* PORTIONS OF ALABAMA AND SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...INCLUDING THE
  FOLLOWING AREAS...IN ALABAMA...CHOCTAW...CLARKE...MONROE...
  WASHINGTON AND WILCOX. IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...GREENE...
  PERRY AND WAYNE.

* FROM 7 AM CDT THIS MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

* WIDESPREAD RAIN TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH
  LOCALIZED AREAS RECEIVING 4 TO 6 INCHES.

* THE GROUND REMAINS SATURATED ACROSS THE WATCH AREA WITH RIVER
  STREAM FLOWS RUNNING WELL ABOVE NORMAL AND SEVERAL RIVERS
  REMAINING IN FLOOD. THIS ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL MAY
  EXACERBATE THE RIVER FLOODING AND RESULT IN INSTANCES OF FLASH
  FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
