LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE AREA WILL BRING A PERIOD
OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN 3 AM AND 8 AM SATURDAY. RAIN
RATES DURING THIS TIME MAY BE HIGH ENOUGH TO PRODUCE FLASH
FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS OVER AND NEAR THE SILVERADO BURN SCAR.
THE RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER THE SCATTERED SHOWERS SATURDAY AFTERNOON

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR

* A PORTION OF SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
  AREA...SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS.

* FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING

* FORECAST RAINFALL OF 0.40 TO 0.70 INCHES WILL CREATE THE
  POSSIBILITY FOR FLASH FLOODING OVER AND NEAR THE SILVERADO BURN
  SCAR. HEAVIEST RAINFALL AND THE HIGHEST RAINFALL RATES ARE
  EXPECTED BETWEEN 3 AM AND 8 AM PDT SATURDAY MORNING. THIS IS
  WHEN THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT WILL BE THE GREATEST. ADDITIONAL
  LIGHT SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE AREA THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.

* THE RISK OF FLASH FLOODING AND DEBRIS FLOWS WILL BE GREATEST

* FROM FRIDAY EVENING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING

* FORECAST RAINFALL OF 0.30 TO 0.40 INCHES WITHIN A 12 HOUR
  TIME FRAME WILL CREATE THE POSSIBILITY FOR FLASH FLOODING OVER
  AND NEAR THE SILVERADO BURN SCAR. HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS EXPECTED
  TO FALL OVER THE AREA BETWEEN 3 AM AND 8 AM PDT SATURDAY
