DELTA AND LAMAR COUNTIES...

AT 913 PM CDT...FLOODING CONTINUED ACROSS LAMAR AND DELTA
COUNTIES...ESPECIALLY IN THE CITIES OF PARIS AND COOPER. TWO TO
THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN WITH ANOTHER HALF INCH
POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT HOUR. THIS RAINFALL WILL LEAD TO EXCESSIVE
WATER RUNOFF AND CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. LOW-LYING AREAS ARE MOST
VULNERABLE TO RAPIDLY RISING WATER. SOME LOW-WATER CROSSINGS MAY
FLOOD AND BECOME IMPASSABLE. IN ADDITION...PUBLIC REPORTED HIGH
WATER RESCUES ONGOING IN THE CITY OF PARIS.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
PARIS...COOPER...BLOSSOM...DEPORT...COOPER LAKE PARK DOCTORS CREEK...
ROXTON...PECAN GAP...TOCO AND SUN VALLEY.

DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

AT 756 PM CDT...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING ACROSS
THE MORGAN...KOPPERL AND WALNUT SPRINGS AREA WITH SEVERAL ROADS
FLOODED AND IMPASSABLE.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN
FELL ACROSS THE NORTHERN PARTS OF BOSQUE COUNTY. THE RAINFALL IS
COMING TO AN END OVER THE REGION BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR THE
FLOOD WATERS TO RECEDE.
