AT 706 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.
ESTIMATED RADAR RAINFALL AMOUNTS...ON THE ORDER OF TWO TO FOUR
INCHES...HAVE OCCURRED IN THE PAST TWO HOURS. FLOODING HAS RECENTLY
BEEN REPORTED BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ALONG HIGHWAY 80 IN THE CITY
OF NEWTON.

LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CONEHATTA

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE OVER THE WARNED AREA FOR THE
NEXT HOUR WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH POSSIBLE IN SOME SPOTS.
