RUNOFF FROM THE EARLIER HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY STILL
OCCURRING...ESPECIALLY NORTH AND NORTHWEST OF DOUGLAS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
