  SOUTHEASTERN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* AT 950 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WEST OF SANTA CLARA
  PUEBLO...OR ABOUT 6 MILES NORTH OF LOS ALAMOS. THE STORMS PRODUCING
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE WERE MOVING SLOWLY NORTHWEST REPEATEDLY INTO
  THE SAME AREA. SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATED AROUND 1 INCH OF
  RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR...WITH ANOTHER ONE HALF INCH TO
  1 INCH POSSIBLE. THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS FALLING ON SOILS ALREADY
  SATURATED FROM RAINS THE PAST 2 DAYS.

  THIS WILL IMPACT THE LAS CONCHAS BURN SCAR INCLUDING BUT NOT
  LIMITED TO SANTA CLARA CANYON...RIO DEL OSO...INDIAN SERVICE
