* AT 441 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED SLOW MOVING
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
  RADAR ESTIMATES NEARLY 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF
  EASTERN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY AND STORMS ARE SLOWLY MOVING EASTWARD.
  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN
  THE WARNED AREA.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
