  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF LANCASTER...

* UNTIL 600 AM EDT

* AT 353 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A COMPLEX OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
WARNED AREA.  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAVE BEEN ESTIMATED
OVER THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 1 TO 3
INCHES WILL STILL POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
LANCASTER...IRWIN...KERSHAW...AND HEATH SPRINGS.
