FALLEN IN THIS AREA. LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED HIGH WATER AT THE
INTERSECTION OF COOSAW SCENIC AND RICESHIRE ROADS. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 ARE EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNED AREA...AND
LOCALLY GREATER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE. THIS TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WITH
PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
