* UNTIL 215 AM MDT SUNDAY

* AT 811 PM MDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED WATER RUNNING OVER THE ROADWAY
  OF FISH CREEK ROAD WEST OF THE EL RANCHO ROAD EXIT ON INTERSTATE
  25. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING.
  UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN IN THE LARAMIE RANGE
  ABOVE FISH CREEK.

* FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF WEST CENTRAL PLATTE
  COUNTY.

LOCATIONS ALONG FISH CREEK ROAD ARE THE MOST LIKELY PLACE TO
EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
