...The flood warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota..
  Mississippi River At Aitkin affecting Aitkin and Crow Wing
  Counties
  Mississippi River Near Fort Ripley affecting Morrison and Crow
  Wing Counties

.The Mississippi River stage continues to rise at many locations in
northern and central Minnesota due to rainfall earlier this week.
Water levels will remain at or near forecast crests for 36 to 48
hours, with waters gradually receding through the weekend. Rain
and thunderstorms become likely Thursday afternoon through
Friday morning. Rainfall amounts of up to 1.25 inches are possible
during that time, which may extend the flooding through the weekend
and into Monday.

a slight chance of thunderstorms over the basin this afternoon and
tonight, which is not expected to exacerbate current flooding. Rain
and thunderstorms become likely again Thursday afternoon through
Friday morning. Rainfall amounts of up to 1.25 inches are possible
during that time, which may extend the flooding through the weekend
and into Monday.
