BASED ON RADAR ESTIMATIONS AND SURFACE REPORTS OF 3 TO 3 AND 1/2
INCHES...LOW WATER CROSSINGS NEAR HICKORY CREEK MAY ALSO BE FLOODED.

AS OF 945 PM CDT...RAINFALL HAS SINCE DECREASED OVER THE AREA...AND
THE EXTRA RUNOFF ALONG THE AREA CREEKS IN NORTHERN BLANCO COUNTY
