* THE FLOOD STAGE IS 10.0 FEET.
* IT IS FORECAST TO CREST AROUND 8.5 FEET EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
* AT 10.0 FEET...FLOODING OF LOW-LYING AREAS CAN BE EXPECTED...
