  increased inflows into B.A. Steinhagen Lake.
* Impact...At stages near 73.0 feet...Flooding expected in the Mont
  Neches, Barlow Lake and Sheffields Ferry communities. Some homes
  may become flooded as well, especially in the Barlow Lake
  community.

* AT 615 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.

  BEAUMONT...LAKE CHARLES...PORT ARTHUR...SULPHUR...ORANGE...
  NEDERLAND...GROVES...PORT NECHES...VIDOR...BRIDGE CITY...
  LEESVILLE...WEST ORANGE...VINTON...ROSEPINE...MERRYVILLE...
  ANACOCO...NOME...DEWEYVILLE...HAMSHIRE AND RAGLEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN
URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL
ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...AS WELL AS FARM AND COUNTRY ROADS. DO NOT
