415 AM EDT FOR SUSSEX COUNTY...

AT 134 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAUGES INDICATED
THAT WHILE THE EARLIER HEAVY RAINS HAD SUBSIDED, A BAND OF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WAS SOON TO INVADE SOUTHERN
SUSSEX COUNTY DELAWARE.  IT APPEARS ONE TO THREE HAS ALREADY FALLEN
ACROSS THE SOUTHWESTERN PORTION OF SUSSEX COUNTY, MUCH LESS IN
SOUTHEASTERN SUSSEX COUNTY.

THIS NEXT BATCH OF RAIN SHOULD ADD ANOTHER ONE QUARTER TO 1.5
INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 2 AM AND 4 AM.

THIS WILL CAUSE RENEWED POCKETS OF POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING IN THE
ADVISORY AREA.
